Knife-shaped body. Presence of terminal barbells at the mouth. Can grow to over 1.0 metre in length

Biology

Mode of reproduction not known but most probably spawn in the rivers. Feeds on insects and other small fishers.

Distribution

Known to exist in Sungai Kerbat and Sungai Siput.

Economic Importance

Has very good potential in the aquarium industry
